The objective of this course is to provide students with an introduction to the methods required for patient-specific models. The program is based on 1/ anatomy and clinical issues, 2/ geometric modelling from medical images and patient specific mesh, 3/materials properties, 4/ Patient-specific loads and muscle modelling, 4/ models validation, 5/ applications in biomechanics of the musculo-skeletal system
