Using the forum as a mailing list

are posted to the forum, and you can also post a message by sending

The VPH Public forum is now moderated. This mean that when you post a
message, via web or via e-mail, it is not sent to all immediately,
but only after the moderator approves it. this will ensure that wrong
messages are sent by mistake to hundreds of people. The cost is that
