The building managers can provide to the potential citizens an invitation code that will be used by the City managers, approving the registration requests, to know that the person has been invited for a specific intest (please remember that the final decision on approval/rejection is in any case in the City managers responsability).
The invitation cose is optional and can be inserted in the registration form in two ways:
- manual entered in the appropriate text box
- automatically filled, by clicking on the link provided by the managers at invitation time; for example if you want your citizens to add the "xyz" invitation code, you should provide them a url as this one: http://www.biomedtown.org/join_form?invitation_code=xyz
