History for How to manage group (un)subscriptions

While the management of the subscription of the citizens to !BiomedTown is in charge to the City Manager Board members, the subscription of a citizen to a group is in charge of the manager of the specific group.

The manager of a group is the building manager of the building the group refers to. This allows to have the management of the groups always covered even if the building managers change.

The workflow is the following:

- a user asks for subscription (or un-subscription) to a specific group

- only the manager of the group is notified of the subscription request by email and the list of the pending (un)subscriptions appears also in the pending items panel on the left side of !Biomedtown after login.

- clicking on the provided link, the manager can see the citizen's details and approve or reject the subscription

- the user is notified of the approval or rejection by email.

The manager can revise who is already subscribed to the groups he/she manages:

- after login to BT, go to the *my profile* panel

- in the lower part of the page, there is the **Managed group** section, where the group you are responsible for are listed

- only for those groups, the manager can revised who is subscribed and in case unsubscribe selected users.
