Biomed Town messages

A citizen, after logging in, can send messages to another user or to an entire group.

Select "New Message" on the left side of the portal.

Then you can select the user (top of the page) or the group (at the bottom) to which the message will be send. Otherwise you can write the exact name into the "To" field.

You can put a subject and write the message then press send and the message will be send to the specified recipient.

Please notice that the Biomed Town messaging system does not provides any warning system for the recipient. The citizen you wrote to will see your message pending the next time he logs on Biomed Town, which might or might not be frequently. IF you want to be sure the message is delivered to the citizen, consider to use the option "send as email" at the bottom of the form to send message also as email to the recipient. WARNING: please, use this feature with parsimony; we all receive already too many emails every day!

City Managers are the only ones allowed to send messages to all BiomedTown? citizens using the option "ALL" into the "to" field. this option should be used with great care; if you are not sure, please discuss it on the City Manager Forum, before you send a message to all.
